  1. The Variety of Architecture in Downtown Lancaster

We are so fortunate to have such a wide variety of architectural styles in downtown Lancaster, spanning three centuries of American history. As someone who has taken architectural history courses – and as a true lover of architecture – I treasure the opportunity I have to walk around the city and marvel at so many of our beautiful residences, businesses, markets, and churches!

2. Lancaster Symphony Orchestra

I was a music minor in college, and as such, I am thrilled that I don't have to travel far to experience high caliber orchestral music. The LSO has a diverse offering of performances in Gardner Theatre at Lancaster Country Day School, and the talent is incredible.

3. Being Surrounded by Farmland and Farm Animals

Growing up on a farm in Southern York has given me a love and appreciation for farming. So now, living in Lancaster, I'm thrilled to reside in a county that values its farms, crops, and animals. And with Lancaster having the most farmland of any county in Pennsylvania – you don't have to go far to find one!
